Great Pics! I haven't been to the bronx zoo in a long time. Debbie and I went to the Philly zoo a few years ago, that was a lot of fun.

In the sparrow pic, you shouldn't have erased that portion of the roof - th white area distracts and hurts the eye. You should have either cropped it cmpletely out, or blured just that portion to something fuzzy that would remove whatever you tried to remove.

I see you like the World of Birds. It' one of my favorite exhibits. I've been going there for years, time to renew the membership.

Best time to go is weekday mornings in early September when the kids have gone back to school and the class trips havn't started up again.

If you sign up for a membership, they have member nights and it is really cool how much more active the animals become after 5:00pm.

Sounds like a group trip opportunity! ;D

I really like birds. I couldn't get any descent shot in the world of bird building because a bunch of little kids were running around and bumping into me.

I go to the Bronx Z00 once a year. I usually take the kids to Van suan zoo which is like 10 minutes away from my house.

I'm down for a group trip.

I didn't erase anything. The sun's reflection made it look like I erased something. It does look like I erase it. LOL
