Hirobo... I think I know what you are talking about because I was wondering the same thing. If you are signed out or off of the site, it will inform you. If by any chance you are on at the instant a PM is sent to you, it will not inform you via email. While i'm at work, I sometimes have this site minimized and without knowing, I will have PM's.
