Powerhead positioning

So, I'm debating on the positioning of my powerheads for the 90g. I plan on using a Gyre 130 and an MP10.
The 90g is a deep blue reef ready with the overflow on the left. I plan on having a 'dual mountain' build.
Anyone have anything similar they might comment on?
I'm thinking of having the Gyre vertically mounted on the left of the tank in front of the overflow, pushing water to the front, then front wall to the right, U-turn at right wall, return flow on back wall).
I was then thinking of placing the MP10 on the back wall, aimed towards the front, between the mountains.
Gyre would be set on alternating for 5 mins per alternation, and MP10 on pulse mode.
Any experience appreciated.
Cheers,
M

I recently put a 150 in my 93 cube. This thing is a beast and moves and incredible amount of water. I was also running and mp10 and and mp40 but after a few weeks of running just the gyre I took the other pumps out. I can only run up to about 40% before on pushing water over the rim! My plan is to use this, and another gyre on my upcoming 180 build. I'll probably put a couple of power hears on the back glass but on long tanks it seem most people run them horizontal on the short side.

Gyre 130 will dwarf the mp10. There is really no point in using a mp10 with a gyre. On a 90 gallon maybe a mp40 will be a good choice with the gyre just to get that alternate flow. Just my $0.002.
