never owned an acrylic tank or sump. how well will this clean up? and what will i need to do it? i do have the novus acrylic polishes. don't mind putting in the work to get it looking nice, but no experience in knowing what it might take.

Dont really need to Go crazy cleaning it up since it’s a sump and gonna get dirty again. If you really want to clean it you could give it a vinegar bath or citric acid bath. But this sump is a great sump.l and at 100 you can’t go wrong

Its just dirty and vinegar will get it 95% clean if not more. Just don't have the time to clean it.

i don't mind cleaning it and not worried about getting it dirty. current plans don't have it hidden under a cabinet, so i'm going to see it and would prefer to start with it clean anyway.

that said, i will need a place to stash it for a while and i'm all out of room in the garage at the moment.

For now it sits at my old house as I clean it out for sale. Once House is listed this must go one way or another as I don't have storage for it. Not mention it won't fit in red sea stand.
