Do they shed like a leather? I took mine out to glue it and after about an hour or two of putting it back in the tank it started to shed a very thin layer of skin. The polyps are open even more than before I glued it so I'm hoping it's OK.

Yes they will shed. be sure to provide it with good flow to help it along, just like you would a leather.

That particluar gorg is photosynthetic just in case you weren't aware. It doesn't "need" to be target fed like some other gorgs but it won't refuse a meal either.

No, but it sure does look a lot like him. It is just a pic I found online. I will have to search for one of Eddie now though.
