question on drilling acylic

i have an acrylic sump that i want drilled for an external pump. any advice on how to do it. thanks

Get a drill and the right size hole saw and drill it. Acrylic can be cut and drilled using regular woodworking tools.

Here are the holes sizes for Schedule 40 (more common type) bulkheads:

1/2 inch bulkhead = 1 1/8 inch hole
3/4 inch bulkhead = 1 1/2 inch hole
1 inch bulhead = 1 3/4 inch hole
1 1/2 inch bulkhead = 2 3/8 inch hole
