I need some advice on what pump to get I have a mag 9 and it is to loud for me it has to put out 750 to 950 gph pulse be affordable no more than 200

I have a couple layers of pond liner under mine to cut down on vibration....this might help you. Mag12 I don't have any issues with mine have always had the liner there though.
