I thing I solved the microbubble problem for now. The Bubble are coming from the skimmer and it must be tweaked everytime you clean the darn think. I added live rock to each pump compartment and chem-pure, purgen and cheato to the filter compartment. I did keep the sponge in but I raised it up to the bottom of the polishing filter. You need to do this when after you clean the skimmer because it will give you microbubbles which the sponge can catch.
