To answer your question directly: I had recently organised a group buy from them and John Maloney had been nothing short of awesome. Each recipient was super happy with the price, and the extras he had sent over. He has quite a variety of stuff.. I would say for Clean up Crew, stick with dwarf cerinths (If you have big fishes go with Florida Cerinths) ... nerites and nassarius .... That is all you will ever need. ...
Do not go for the novelty snails, especially limpets ... they would fall on their back and soon become nassarius food. (which actually isnt half-bad).
If you dont know this already ... DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy crabs. They would not only kill your snails but would pick at corals and steal foods from their delicate mouths. They are a worse nuisance than algae and are not natural inhabitants to a reef ecosystem.
.. But I must also add this: I met Constantine(NJRC member) and his brother (amazing guys) a couple of days back and they said that they had multiple bad experiences with reefscavengers (empty shells and low quantity of extras). It was very hard to believe this but these are 2 very genuine guys who had no agenda to BS me. So there is a mixed opinion in the community about him.
If you dont have an immediate requirement then wait for the NJRC group buy. If you do, you could take your chance with John. He had made a lot of us very very happy with his fare and absolutely amazing service. Remember, that the NJRC invert group buy probably includes shrimps, cucumbers starfishes and other inverts along with regular tank cleaners and its free shipping![]()
... I have no idea either ...I've never heard of 2 day shipping though, how does that work?
