Can someone tell me why the RO unit is not producing water. I am suppose to be in an area that has high water pressure. I am using the garden hose adapter on an outside faucet. Its been connected now for 20min and nothing.

Do you have a pressure valve, that tells you the water PSI?? How many GPD unit is it?? 20 min is a long time with no product. Sounds like a line is clogged.

What kind of unit?

Nothing out of anything or only wastewater and no good water?

Does it have a built in automatic shutoff valve?

Float valve?

I would pull some hoses and see where the blockage is. try pulling the hose from the first set of filters and see if you have any water flowing from there. Then keep checking after every stage to see where it stops.

Try www.purewaterclub.com, it's a 6 stage RO/DI unit 100g per day. Yes it is brand new. I had it for a few months and just got around to setting up. The white square conector which has 4 white hoses all have water. I pulled them out and water started to come out.

The white Square thing is the Auto Shutoff Valve
Did you take the float switch completly off?
Take your time and follow the hoses until you find where the water stops comming out

Looks like the water is no passing through the RO membrane. The big white compartemnt that lies flat above the three other chambers. What do I do?

Opened the container with the RO membrane but can't pull it out. I wanted to try it without the mebrane and see if water flows. Does it come out? If so how?

Took out the mebrane and still no water coming through. Does any one know why one of the L connectors has a metal spring in it?

If the protective end cap was on the RO filter when it was installed, it might have come off and now blocking the exit line from that filter. Just a thought.

I filled the empty chamber with water and one valve water came out the other nothing. The one with no water has a spring in the elbow connector, not sure why. This is waster water connection, if its hooked up properly.

Would anyone in the Union Beach area mind if I stop by and check out their RO unit. I just want to be sure all the connections are correct when I received. Maybe swap out them out and see where the problem lies. If anyone is willing LMK or you can stop by my place check it out and tell me what an idiot I am.
