Are we allowed to discuss politicians? If not I apologize for bringing this up.

I just wanted to say that I've been to enough airports and gone thru enough men's rooms that I would never, ever, ever, ever, dare to try and pick up any paper on the floor. Maybe if my passport fell out of my jacket or something. But paper? forget it.

Just think how many people shake that guys hand? yuck yuck yuck!

Since we ALL would not be able agree on MH vs LEDs or T5s, bare bottom vs DSB, UV vs not UV, 8 pH vs 8.3 pH, etc I would in general stay away from politics. ;D

In this particular case, I would say politics has little to do with it - just plain human failing aggravated by the hypocrisy of people in power, IF the allegations are true. Hygiene or not, gay or not, kinky sex or not, you would hope that people who are leading this country (no matter left or right) would have more intelligence then to be in such situation. ::)

Hi...Best to stay away from this stuff :-X and concentrate on the things that bring us together such as how to effectively eliminate those #!*&^*!@#* aiptasia. :D :)

Even if it is entrapment, you have to wander about his common sense after outright plea of guilty. Doesn't he watch Law & Order or any similar TV show ;) Or did he thought that by pleading guilty no one will notice it and everything will be quiet ??? Nothing to do with politics, just plain stupidity. :-\

It's funny I typed that kidding around but now reading it, find it's probably true. VHO at least for actinics was probably the best we've ever had but with all the T5 hype it's kind of went bye-bye. What a shame.

and yes - I think URI VHO 420nm peak lights are superb!

When we went down to Dr. Macs last month as a group I think a lot of us were surprised to see them using VHOs. I specifically asked him why and he simply answered "cause there's nothing better". :)

He was referring to the actinics.

The actinics look much better paired with UV 50/50's!

I don't want to sound like an old man but all you young guys playing with them ultrabright, shimmering Metal Halides, well...........

You're gonna burn an eye out with those things, kids! :eek:

To be honest with everyone. I do not condon what he did, other than it should not have been done in a public place.
He was looking for a little help with stress perhaps he should have done it at home behind closed doors.
Although if he is a good senator (which could be probably counted on one hand on how many there are.) he should stay, even if he is or is not a homosexual. Those things should not be exposed in public forums, PERIOD !! So he made a mistake, no animals or childern, thank god were not harmed or present. Let the voters of his state make the decision. Everyone in the state of NJ knew the former mayor was Homosexual even though he was married with kids. So what if does a good job and his personal life (Behind closed doors.) not bother his professional life keep him in. Somethings need to be kept behind closed doors. Ok I am done now.
