Sick Fish for Humble to diagnose

Mr Humblefish, I am a Total Noob and each one of my fish in a 5 gallon tank have a different issue. My blue tang turned orange and my yellow tang turned green. My leopard wrasse looks like a lionfish and my bird wrasse looks more like a penguin. Should I dose Prizapro or dip them in Vinegar? I am at a loss.

@Paul B Best option would be to dose ginger and food soak garlic, while swinging a cross over the top of the tank.
