For the past three days i notice a slight change in my skimmer. i feel that it is not as "bubbly" as it had been; as a result, i notice that the collection cup is not as dirty. i have an interior and exterior pump that are both working as well as an air contraption, also working. Any ideas or help???? Thank you!!!

clean out the pumps or the skimming mechanism (injector, impeller or bubble disk), that usually helps on my skimmer. also check for obstructions. i found a broken piece of coral once and that stopped bubble production
