I was thinking of planting some mangroves in my CPR Fuge Medium, and was researching on mud substrates and here were some of the options I cam up with:

The one option that isnt mentioned above is ..... [drum roll] ... "Clay Kitty Liter !!"
Has anyone ever tried odorless kitty litter in their fuges? Some plant aquarists have tried this and it is not supposed to be so bad for trapping and passing on ammonia and phosphorous to rooted plants.
