No but my Chocolate Chip Star always ate my Xenia until I put him in the sump.
 
My uncle said his chocolate chip star always ate his corals so he sold it. I never though they were reef safe anyways... I don't remember who but someone told me along time ago that star fish with horns on them are not reef safe.

I believe people use choc chip stars to feed their shrimp...I don't know how safe they are compared with linkias.
