submitting photos for contest

with all the talk about the photo of the month contest i now have the time and have found the images for this contest---now--this might possibly be a dumb question---i've read the directions for submitting images--now for my question--do i send the file to photos@njreefers .org or do i have to sned the file from a site--i'm not sure what to do--
again---its possibly a dumb question to ask--but, i'm asking

You can send the file (large) to photos@njreefers.org. We'll resize it so that we have a small version for the contest page and a bigger version to link to so that people can see the detail of the image they're voting for in high resolution.

You could also link us to a file you've uploaded somewhere, as long as it is the full version of the file, and not the reduced version.
