Tank Bullies

I have 3 tanks now- each with different fish and I pick them because they're right for the size and supposed to be compatible with other fish in the same tank- in the 13g I have a firefish, Springer damsel, and a sharknosed blenny- all get along fine, in the 30g I have 2 chromis, a falco hawk , a royal gramma and a midas blenny. I was concerned about the hawk- but the Midas has been a real a** as far as the royal gramma goes- it hides in rock all day- the third tank- a 40b has 2 chromis, a pink damsel and a striped blenny- all get along ok, as long as the damsel stays in it's end of the tank- I'd like to move either the midas or the gramma to the 40b- would probably mean taking all the rock out- wondering if I added another fish to the 30 if it would put the midas in it's place or just make things worse

I'm starting to think it's the 2 chromis and not so much the midas- Free to anyone who'll take them- I'll even drive 15 miles in any direction from Chester

Green? Bought 4 from Adam's in Chester- had them all in a 30g hex- 3 were harassing the smallest one so I separated them - 2 in each tank- very active/visible and eat like they're starving- had them for about 2 months

The Gramma has been bullied to death- keeping the chromis for now- who would of thunk- or it was a combination of the 3- 2 chromis and a very large midas- the falco stayed out of it btw
