I found a tank but need help moving it. Anyone with a truck willing to help move from Rutherford to Toms River hit me up. Willing to pay.
Any day works just must be done by 5pm per seller.

Was thinking of putting a mat under the stand to cover floor. Good or bad idea? If good what do I get?

Hardwood ? I would say no mat. The ventilation will allow better drying in case of spills.

No mat. If at all possible, not sure how the base is in the stand, you want to be able to access under the stand a bit to towel up or shop vac any spills.

Sadly my laminate was not great before the tanks, but since they are horrible. Thinking of rough sanding them and laying vinyl flooring over till ready to move.

The only thing that scares me is how the front panel is not supported by the stand. I would get 3/4 plywood paint is black and have tank sit on that instead of just the stand. Just a thought.

Rimless tanks are not meant to be on hard surfaces. These tanks come with a pad separating the stand and the glass. If you add a piece of plywood, you also need to buy another mat and throw it on top of the plywood.

@Yates, my understanding is center tank on the sides and back all good. There is a small overhang, millimeters, but apparently not an issue.
