It's not really that simple depending on how your house is wired. They go into it a bit in the RC thread.

Best setup imo is AFCI breaker with GFCI outlets.

I looked at my breaker box. All of my bedrooms have AFCI breakers.

As users have mentioned eariler, many houses built after 2005 already have AFCI breakers in the bedroom circuits. You can normally tell just by looking at your breaker box. The AFCI breakers have green or blue tabs on them. If I am not mistaken, the blue tabs are actually from recalled AFCI's.
