While it's hard to say... I would venture a guess and say that the worm is a bristle worm.

Nice setup you have there!
 
Yeah it looks like a bristle worm.

Thats not a bad thing. They tend to mean your water is very good. Some people remove the worms some keep them around. Either way its your choice.

My old manager actually made an Aiptasia and bristleworm farm of one of those minibows to give to a friend of his. They both greatly enjoyed the endeavor... even though, by most hobbyist standards, it was considered to be a hideous tank. I thought the pics were hilarious, personally.
