Timer for light

I have been using the Zilla Dual Analog Power Center

It works great for a few months then the Daylight timer stops working!!! This is the second timer in a year that has done this. Has anyone else had this problem?? Could anyone suggest a better option?

I only heard that the digital ones aren't that good and have had those issues...
I heard that the analog (manual) ones work better....
I personally don't have one but one of my salty friends does and that is just his opinion...

I would NOT use a coralife timer/strip. There have been too many fires with those for me to feel comfortable. I use a regular timer from Home Depot.

Wow did not know that. The HD one does it have multiple outlets I need 2 day light and 1 Actinic and 1 moon?

We use multiple timers (or an Aquacontroller III or JR).

It's not a timer- but I prefer it over the regular ole' extension cords. Combined with a sharpie marker (to note which switch is for which pump) - it's helpful.

Of course the controller phyl suggested would probably be the best.

If you are having issues with fitting the timers into existing power strips etc because of the size, these are an option as well:

I had the same timer and thank goodness I had a gfi outlet,cause the timer melted...I'd stay away from this one.
