Titanium heater and rust

Mike is it possible the heater is bad, I've had quite a few problems with the controller and monitor, even sent it back to be checked out and it was recently sent back to me stating there was no problem with the controller. I'm having the same issues once again and decided to check the heater, both products are 4-6 months old tops...

Yes it is a bad heater. Something burnt it out from the inside out, which caused the titanium to melt. You're getting rust from the inside out. Means wet heating elements.

Thanks Mike :)

Were your corals or fish getting a shock? You're welcome.

I didn't notice that, and my hand had been in the water also  , just the controller would work sporadically losing power for no reason ::) ;D
