Torch Coral ?

I have a Torch coral that has grown twice the size since added to my tank. While re-aquascaping I noticed that some of the tentacles, on the bottom side, are white with pink tips. This side of the tentacles seem smaller than the others. Is this from lack of light? Or is it because its growing bigger? I positioned it so it would be more upright and get more light.

Sounds like lack of light or just receiving different amount of light than the other part of the coral
