Upgrading account

Hey all,
I am new to this club.
I just upgraded my account to become a paying member but it doesn’t appear to have updated my account? Tried contacting them directly via the “Contact Us” over a week ago but haven’t had any response. Any idea how I can contact a moderator directly?

Sorry about that @davbenav2 . @DEL will take care of it. With Christmas madness, it just got overlooked. Talking about Christmas, I'm on my way out to visit husband's relatives in PA. Hope to get there and back safely with this weather.
