URGENT. Need to test my ph probe on someone elses monitor

I purchased a brand new reefkeeper 2 with ph probe and cannot calibrate it. I tried this three times. I dont know if im doing something wrong or if the ph probe is just bad. Before I send it back I want to try and see if it works properly on someone elses aquacontroller or ph monitor. I live in Union, NJ (07083) so if someone is close by please let me know. Thanks
