Picked up a couple of MP40s, both generation 1. Neither in great condition.
I called Vortech today and explained the situation.
One unit was unsalvageable, but they were more than helpful in helping me rebuild the other to full current spec, including QD wet-side and controller, RF module, and new spacers at a fantastic price.
Even after this considerable help, they provided free shipping to get the parts to me before the weekend.
Hard to find service like this nowadays. They've secured me as a solid customer.
Just sharing a positive experience with you guys.
I can't compliment them enough.

+1 on their customer service. I had a similar experience 2 weeks ago. Great company that stands by their product.
 
What number did you call? I have been trying to get a cooling fan for my light since the weekend. I left a few messages both voice and email with only 1 brief reply that didn't help.
