They are red "X's" in a box, definately not reef safe and are very specialized feeders, nearly impossible to keep alive in captivity. ;D

Pic 2 and 4 are montipora digitata (sps)
Pic 1 and 3 are some type of brains (lps)

I agree with RichT that 2 & 4 are montipora digita sps
The first looks like a Platygyra Brain Worm Coral
The third looks like a blue/green Favites spp

I would typically classify them all as "moderate" lighting. Digita should be fine in the top 1/3 of the tank under PCs while the Platygyra and Favites could be as far down as 1/2 way but still better in the top 1/3 for better growth.

1. looks like either Colpophyllia sp. or Mycetophyllia sp. Platygira sp. has shorter and more rounded valleys, but then it can be that too.

3. take your pick : Siderastrea sp. or Gardineroseris sp. or Coeloseris sp. or Leptastrea sp. or Goniastrea sp. or Favites sp. All except the last two are semi-aggressive and need plenty of light. Goniastrea and Favites are very aggressive.

2. and 4. most likely Montipora digitata.

ok... hmmm well the guy hasn't replied to my email but hopefully he knows what they are. if i get any it probably wont be the 2-4 if those need more lighting i rather them be happy
