What could have happened

I picked up a decent size frag of some green and purple hammer frog spawn about 2 weeks ago. It has been doing great in my tank. Then within 24 hours it shrivelled up and died. I have no clue what could have happened everything in my tank is doing great my paramateres are on point no sure what happened

Please list your Alk, Ca, Mg, trate and PO4. Also the light it came from, the light you have, and what kind of flow you had it in. Did the whole thing go at once or did it expand less the days leading up to its demise?

What other LPS do you have in the tank? What else is in there (zoas, palys, kenya, xenia)? What is in close proximity to the frog? Are you running carbon? Ca... wow that's high! I would guess from that your Mag is good (can't have Ca that high without either a faulty kit or high Mg). What's your PH? Temp? Any swings in either lately? How was the frog transported? Any chance of it getting bruised/infected from transport? Did you dip in anything prior to putting it in your tank, if so, what? Any reaction by your fish to the new addition?

Hmm...
