What could this be?

Paulie gave me a rock covered with 5 mushrooms. When l broke the rock up, there was a worm in the rock, like it ate a tunnel.
I put it in glass cookie jar for qt and in the morning there were trails on the glass. Any idea what it could be? How to get rid of?

I think it’s mushroom slime mixed with rock dust from breaking the rock they were all big n open in my tank so only difference is that the rock was broken into pieces.
Just a guess
