What's wrong?!?!

My orange shoulder tang has been kind of floating around all day, I decided to get him out and put him in the sump for the time being so my yellow tang would stop pestering him. He has a huge white mark by his eye. What is this?

He's in the sump now floating around. Don't think hes gonna last another hour to be honest. I just wanna make sure its not a parasite or something.

Nevermind, he's dead. Should I be treating my tank with something???

I'm thinking it was a parasite :/ and now that I think about it. He didn't eat yesterday and did have a white blotch when I first got him, I thought it was a mark left by my yellow tang but now I'm thinking it was a parasite.
