When is it safe

I just finished up with my interceptor treatments last friday did a 5 gallon water change on Sunday and have been running carbon and skimming heavy since Sunday. When do you think it would be safe to throw my inverts back in?

is intercepter a copper treatment? i thought once you used copper it was always present ( seeps into silicon, gets into rocks.... )

I'd do another 10-20% water change and then throw them in.

Ditto what Phyl said. I always made sure I made a HUGE water change after a treatment, waited a week, did another water change, added fresh carbon once again, and then re-introduced the inverts. Make sure and acclimate them a bit though, as your quarantine tank may not have the same parameters as your display. :)

I'd suggest do 3 treatment of redbugs otherwise, you just waste your time and effort. I did 2x and little bugs coming back about 1-3 months.
