Contact Roger (rvtiko, I think) on RC's Tunze forum. He will get you what you need, I doubt many people will have an extra Tunze impeller.

Does tunze even make an impeller for a 6100?

I was under the impression the only difference between a 6000 and 6100 is that the 6100 just utilizes the "bigger hockey puck".
