yellow tang troubles

okay so my yellow tang which is in a qt for ich with all my other fish for about two weeks now has a red spot on his side and his stomach look swollen and all he does is swim in small circles? dont know what th problem is im treating with copper and erythromycin. any help would be great

It sounds like lateral line erosion

The first thing I’d look at is stray voltage….and then water quality. It could also just be the stress of being in QT.
