carbon and phos-ban in the canister filter,

i dont dose potassium, just use b ionic and weekly water changes

i never target feed my frogspawn, just weekly feedings of marinesnow or zooplex. shut off my skimmer and returnpumps, just leave my powerheads on when i feed.

i just setup a 220g corner flow tank. my 220 is 700gph in each corner, try to find out what the gph rating is for cornerflow of that tand, oversize you pump you can always put a ball valve on it to slow it down and you can use it on the next tank if you upgrade.

it so you dont shock the fish with the lights going on and off my schedule 10 am acticnic on 11 am 10,000k daylight on 7pm 10,000k off 8pm acticnic off 8-12pm lunar on and off

i have been using the new marineland protien skimmer in my sump. works great and very quiet. very easy to adjust

i run it for one month then replace it for new
