What types of foods are you using? If feeding frozen, are you rinsing the foods in Ro water before feeding it to the fish?
Have you tested your new change water for nitrates and/or phosphates? Just because you are getting a 0 nitrate reading in the tank doesn't mean they aren't the cause. The...
The epoxy on those magnets is very thin, brittle and chips super easy so they need to be coated in something else to protect them. Another thing you need to consider is that the frag disc is porous so the saltwater will creep through them and into the magnet also causing it to rust over a few...
Test tomorrow and see if the ammonia has been converted. Also check your nitrites and see where they are. If both read zero then your tank is cycled adn you can add your fish. If either one is present then you need to wait a little longer.
From looking at your pictures it appears you have a green brittle star, if so, no fish will be safe from it. Those things are voracious predators and will eat anything they can catch. They are the most voracious/aggressive species of brittle star there is. No to mention one of the largest...
Have you added an ammonia source since adding the bio-spira? If you are not getting an ammonia reading I would add either some unscented household ammonia or feed the tank like you would if it had fish in it. You need to challenge the bio-filter before you add any fish to make sure it can handle...
I am running mine by themselves. I only have a couple soft corals in that tank as of yet but they are doing great so far. I mounted my lights on yo-yos so I can adjust the height of them.

Antibiotics should only be used in a hospital tank set up. Unless you are testing your water multiple times a day you may not see a spike but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
George, the canopy looks great. Only thing that caught my eye is that outlet box inside the canopy. The salt and humidity is going to play havoc on that thing, especially with the 2 unused outlets. Is there any way you can mount that outside the canopy?
Those hermits will eat anything they can get their claws on, fish included. I've seen then in shells the size of baseballs all the time when I dive the back bays.
