the November POTM.... here's your chance. Start sending in your December photos. I know some of you sent in a coupld photos late last month and those will be included in Decembers. Let's start taking some pictures and put them photo skills that you learned at the last meeting into effect.

I'm just curious as to the logic behind some of the answers as well. Don't vote on what you have ... Vote on which you prefer. Discuss.

Anyone know anything about these little guys? I read in one book that they nip at corals but still reefsafe because they are so small that they don't do any damage. I picked up 2 of these guys and the one that hangs out on my frag rack has been nipping. Now some of my frags that had amazing...

I got this from a Manhatten Reefer in a 5 SPS pack. It was sold to me as Purple Nana. This is the same Coral after maybe 6 or 7 weeks under 2 Reeflux 12K 250 Watt MH and 4 54 Watt T5's:

I'm having to change mine every other day. I have two that I rotate and I they clog really quick. Maybe i'm not rinsing them good enough. Anyone have any tips or ideas that I could use to prolong that change?

Ok I just had my Biocube/Fragtank stand built. My frag tank will be 18x18x10 in the center of the stand. (Not built yet) Here's my problem. From the actual eggcrate where the frags will sit is only 15 inches below the light's protective glass. The light is a Metal Halide Reefstar 150 watt...

I was doing my weekly water change and decided to clean my return pump (Mag 24). I took it apart cleaned off all the crud that was in the propeller and what not. I put it back together and it doesn't pump. It hums like power is going to the pump but the propeller won't turn. Any help would be...
