This is wierd but the same thing happens to my Ocean Runner. If I give it a little shake it starts up and doesn't quit until I unplug it. Plug it back in - another little shake and it's good to go.

We'll after lots of work and help from club members the 120 is full of salt water!!! no leaks in the plumobing, lots of bubbles in the skimmer, and the lights are on!! Just waiting for the water to clear up and I'll get some live rock. Might even have a fish or three in there by Feburary!!!
