I don't think I could sit there and drill a hole in my nail. I'd rather live with the pain and the increased odds of losing the nail. That's got to hurt as much as smashing it in the first place.

Welcome to NJRC. Tank looks very nice :) Just remember what Mynd said read as much as you can and have lots of patience. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions and expect to make some mistakes along the way. We all have at one time or another.

I got my tubing from HD also. I ran directly from my RO/DI unit also when I filled my tank. It was about 10 feet over and 4-5 feet up and I had no problems at all.

My RO/DI unit is set up near my washing machine, so I used a "Y" fitting and connected the washing machine to one side of the wye and the filter to the other side via a compression fitting. It was very easy to install.

Do your blues run hot? On my pc's the fan comes on only when the 10k's are on since the blues really don't give off much heat at all.

I would try Aquatic Obbessions, as Candi said. Even if they don't have it in the store right now the guys are pretty good at getting what you want. Also as Candi said, their prices are really good.
