Man you got good eyes! The clementine still only have 3 polpys but i got it when there was only one and that was a month ago. All your frags are doing great. Most of them are encrusting the plug just haven't grown any taller yet hopefully once I put a few more LEDs in and fix my nitrate problem...
I'm running BRS bio pellet. Used 2 cup and it looks like it's all still there. I didn't dose any bacteria with it but it's been one month and I see no changes in my nitrate. I got fuzzy small hair algae growing all over so I'm going to try vinegar dosing to see of that helps. I started with 2ml...
Well I'm late but its better then never. I decided to finally start one but my tank has been up for a few years now. I bought this off someone that used to work at ocean gallery 3 years ago and have been working towards a dominant sps tank for a few months now. First off it's a 75gl with 30gl...

Do you have any sps in your tank? If yes noticed any better color/growth? Can you tell me what skimmer/lighting you have? Did you get rid of your cyano problem? Removed the rock or scrub? Did it come back after that? Thank.
Thanks for the help, I'm thinking of picking up Prestone Driveway Heat and follow Randy's two part and dose calcium only. I saw a few bags at shoprite yesterday hope they're all not gone when I stop by later. Phosphate was always an issue for me. I never checked it before this and I think is...
I tested water from someone else tank and their alk was 6.3 Alk and retested my tank again and it's still crazy high 14.7 alk. I think it is due to my ATO with kalkwasser, should I just stop adding kalk to the ATO or is there another way to slowly get my alk down? Everything in my tank looks normal.
Didn't even know they have different reagent choices? My alk is liquid form. I just bought some replacements reagents but haven't open it yet because my liquid is still half full. I'll retest via the new reagents and see if it differentiate.
