It does have low-light issues and all reviews have mentioned that. However, I have yet to come across a review that deter's me from buying this camera. In fact, most (including the links you sent me) have encouraged the purchase of this camera for a first time buyer. I have no intentions of...
Just checked amazons reviews, CNET reviews, and youtube. Found the GEX500 16MP 15xZoom to be the best bang for my first camera. Though it is a point and shoot it is thought to be a bridge camera. Being not quite a point and shoot nor a SLR. So, a large majority of reviews have been fantastic. It...
I am lookin for a camera. It can be used and I am kinda lookin for a used DSLR. Ive found several on Ebay and CL. But I want to get some advice first in regards to what it is thats important on the camera. I know about megapixels and zooms.....that just about sums it up. I want to drop about...
Just found out it was a print error. There are several out there. Apparently, this thing is worth a substantial penny. Just not sure where to go with it. the guy who gave me the info is in NY and is not familiar with anyone in the area. I may post it on ebay and just see what happens.
I am down in Brigantine and we have an awesome jetty, almost 3/4 of a mile long. It travels along the side of an inlet. So, I think collecting would be easy as well as fun because you can drive your vehicles on to the beach. I surf on the other side of the jetty and have seen tons of livestock...

It seems to me like you cleaned it so well it is cycling all over again, both the skimmer and your parameters. The diatom bloom will pass and is expected. The CPR bakpak, if I am correct, will need to break-in, so to speak. I would give it some time and let it take it's course.
if it does start to deteriorate it may increase ur phosphates. If it doesnt get better over the next day or so, Id remove it. I have heard, often too, that once they are clipped some die. Good luck
Even though it's been over a year? Wow...I had no idea it could continue to leach for so long. I suppose it certainly could be the problem. But as I said earlier, it's seems to be much better and a bit more under control. Other than a little pickin here and there. As long as I run the GFO...
So darn proud. The kid has an amazing future ahead of him and I cant wait to watch it unfold for him. He has a Congressional Nomination application next, then his West Point application, US Coast Guard Academy, and then who knows.......
HA is under control with the introduction of GFO and increased water changes. Still have to pluck here and there but nothing worrying for me. Thanks downbeach for the advice, it all worked.
