hey dude, i would stick with the koralias or seios they have a more disperse flow than the penguins or maxijets. you want random water movement throughout the tank without being too directional on your corals especially the softies and lps.
if your just going to leave it behind and it may hinder your sale i would do you the favor of comeing over and picking it up without charging you for hauling it...... ;)
put more flow across the sand bed. this will help keeping the detritus in suspension. some people only keep 4 or so fish in a 90 others keep 20. all depends on your husbandry, equipment and the size of the fish. you seem to have relativly small fish. i would assume that your fuge is doing well...
one way to stop your tank from over heating would be to use an ac jr or something along those lines. if your temp rises above set point it will kill the power to your heater.
