    it takes some time to take effect but it works great, u just need to keep adding fresh ice and stay on top of i until its back down to where u want it. then do something obviously more permanent

    thanks scottyrock. it worked pretty well i got my water down a full 5 degrees and its seems to be staying a stable 78-79 degrees

    there is already garlic in the food, i started doing that as a precautionary a couple months ago. and i dont know what it was but its all already gone, so i dont think ich would disappear that fast, it was probably a false alarm

    ich. i have inverts so copper is out of the question. i read that hyposalination in a hospital tank works great and wont effect inverts but i just found out about that technique

    the air tempature in the room is at least lower then 75 degrees, and the temp in the tank is slowly decreasing bur i will look into the fan or maybe a small wavemaker close to the surface

    Useless and marginal products I have purchased over the years

    visi-jet skimmer. not very adjustable or just blows bubbles everwhere. only thing it does is catch food or waste in the prefilter

    is there real benifits to "moon lights"

    is there really any benefit to the blue led moon lights or are they just another thing that helps your tank but isnt really needed
