if you look at the rock in the background of his pic its natural color, just as yours is, theres no way that the purples, blues and greens are going to come out of those zoos like that, especially in that short period of time, i think there was a mixup
36x15x15, the fuge section is 24x15, the intake and return chambers are 6x15 each, i didnt need large skimmer area since my skimmer is all external, so i was able to build it with a larger fuge area
my fuge is 15 inches deep, so the fast moving water goes across the topp, and a large portion stays in the fuge for a while, so far it has worked out great the way i have it set up
yeah i got them all over my tank, i also have these tube worms that put something like a web out then retract it later, pretty cool to see life forms like these develope in our systems
its a shame whats going on in the reefs, storms, polution, fishing, the ozone, i read somewhere im not quite sure where, but i remember someone saying that they are researching the possibility that the coral reefs produce oxygen just like trees, so if thats true and the coral population is on...

hey mike, whats up, did you get the skimmer you were asking about?, i even have these damn things popping out from places i didnt think they would grow.
i literaly ripped these things off my rocks, like weeds they were everywhere, 2 weeks later they are regenerating, how is this possible?, i thought they were gone!!!!how do i get rid of them? do i need to remove the rocks they were on?now i see why people give them away, the lfs only gave me 27...
