Thats seems to be the general consensus. I value the opinions of you veteran reefers. I actually rely on it. My LFS had the same advise. I like to get more than one opinion though. Now I have three. Thank you.

I was thinking of beginning a regiment of adding supplements to support coral growth and overall tank health. Trying to get some feedback on products like Combisan and the like. Can anyone shed some light on this subject. I do a 25% water change every two weeks. Just not sure if this is enough...

Is it possible for a Halloween Hermit to pick at its base. I caught him twice hanging out on the toadstools base rock. I should say the toadstool was leaning way prior to that but now I fear the hermit may be picking at it.

I have a Reef Octopus 1000sss. I have only used the epoxy in small amounts to glue in some plugs.

This guy is in the sand and seems healthy. However it is bent over at almost a 90 degree angle. Water params are good. Lighting is ECOXOTIC Panorama pro LED set at med. intensity. Any ideas? Could it be a deficiency of some kind? Sorry for the wrong rotation of the image.

You are not alone. Its happened to me every time used the stuff. I have to keep my skimmer off for 8 hrs before it gets back to normal. I am not running carbon yet. Tank is new. I'll probably pick up a reactor next week from CC.
