Did a Fresh Water Test this past weekend on my 120g and 55g sump. Everything worked out pretting good. Some minor adjustments but nothing major. Thanks to Steve68 for helping out with the test. Here are a few shots.

I made this jig to route the teeth in an overflow I'm making. It's working out great.

I made a second attempt at cutting the teeth for an internal overflow box. Need a little work, but I think it will work.
