I only have the skimmer and the fuge. How is that alot of filtration ? As far as the carbon goes, yes to polish the water, and use in conjunction with GFO thru a reactor. Unless I'm way off I dont't get what's excessive with what I'm doing ? Thanks for the input guys ;) Rich

I have the small Aquafuge 13" L x 4.5" W x 12" T . I have a Mini Compact Fluorescent 10w 50/50, 20w 50/50 and 24w 6500k. I'd prefer to use the 10w, but wondering how the chaeto would grow with it. So whats everyones opinons on that. Thanks Rich

I have a oice of some old live rock I have left outside on me deck for a couple of months. Now I want to use it in my refugium. I'm figuring on just boiling it to make sure it's clean to reuse.

These xenias have literally melted away already. I'll have to give another variety a try maybe.

I have what I am pretty sure is a Majano Anemone. Only a single which has been in here for a couple of months and has gooten to about a nickle size. I haven't seen any signs of others. Do these become a nuisance . It's really not bad looking and not near any other coral. Thanks Rich

;D I'd get rid of the CB before the clam ! I'm going to have to hide and watch them, because everytime I go anywhere near the tank they line up for feeding . The Goby has been perching on one of my millies, hence why no polyps out lately.

Damn, i didn't see that when I looked it up at liveaquaria. Well what i didi today was put some seaweed in the tank on a clip and it keeps him busy and fufilled from what i see. The clam has opened up fully so far. Going to have to keep an Eye out for it. Thanks

Tried it, it's fast, but it definitely needs improvement as far as features ie. menus bar search bar etc....
