I have no clue but dibs on them if it is. I would like a baby seahare.
LOL that looks awsome. It look like seahare body but the it looks like a nudis head.
Steve nice Vortechs... ;)
Damn that looks nice. Good luck ive been feeding my gigantea everday. Im hoping to get a bud for you by the time you get the tank. Hopefully the feeding will help.
That vortech is swashig around my carpet like a hurricane. All i need is a batter backup. Im still...
Im not sure if anyone posed this already or started a topic. I wanted to know what settings most people are using.
Since my tank is supposed to be a low lying reef with waves coming over the top im wondering what mode would be best.
I plan to dial it down to around 1000 GPH.
Any info will help
Yes 120 off the vortech but they all offer much lower prices on everyday items. They have a card much like the one offered by cvs or walgreens.
When i had my ten gallon i was buying the nano reef complete for 16 bucks, i got the large bottle there for 11.00
It comes out to 293 something minus tax, no one can match that its like 120 bucks off.
Id like to see a vendor match their prices. If any vendors wanna step up and try id like to hear it.
If i spend 350 bucks there, its come to like 500 here with the 15 percent.
Anyone have any of the 30 percent off coupons. I tossed mine not realizing it was good for july. Im heading out there next week. and a Voretech sounds alot better when its 30percent off.
Ill trade for green monti cap frag.
Well i guess well see what happens.
Dont clams have a very long lifespan. If so 60 years cut in half is 30 lol.
One thing i know is that i will not be eating them.
Bill dont do it. Youll be choo chooing all over. Then your gonna have to buy some o- gage stuff from my pops. He just did a submarine car with a clownfish on it.
Actually this is good anyone wanna trade repalcement train parts for frags and equipment.
Check out the site www.gellertoytrains.com
I thought they were coldwater to till i read the extent of the area they live in. From Maine all the way to the keys.
So far so good they look good and have been extending their tubes.
I remember seeing an article somewhere about some one doing this. So i picked up some farm raised live little necks and put two in my tank.
Both open up at night and extend their feeding tubes. Its looks nuts.
Supposedly they help with nutrient export.
I got mangroves and clams now.
If anyone really wants to help. Keep this article in mind when you dispose of aquarium water.
I leave the water on the back deck to evaporate so it leave the salt and crap behind.
my tank is only 30 gallons though.
It might be something to lookin into on how dispose of our water
Stan,
Congrats on your new frag everyone looks happy and healthy. BTW how could anyone who saw your house at that meeting forget it or your family. Its truely a log cabin mansion.
Next meeting you at your house im def bringing Kim. Hopefully no Kitty suprises this time. LOL
Does anyone have the larger nano streams or seio on a controller.
The tunze nano wavebox is going to be around 400 so buying a vortech is out of the question
I'm lookin for a cheaper answer to my flow problems.Cheaper being relative to 400 bucks for a vortech
Renee what small tunze do u have and what are the speeds you can set it at.
My 30 breeder sits with the short side against the wall. Its like an island tank. Im batteling bad algea on the far side.
One vortech is 400 bucks plus a 200 controller even with the 15% its still alot.
Even if is...
In november tunze comes out with a nano wave box.
I'm going to pick that up. As of now I'm not gonna spend money on a vortech and the koralias the controller is to damn expensive.
Anyone know of an another pumps that are controlable or know of any for sale used?
Can anyone reccomend some pumps that are controllable with the ability to adjust their speed or maybe all controllable pumps have speed control.
Im not spending that much money on a vortech so i need some other suggestions. I am trying to create a wave effect in my tank and was looking for...
