Some prefer to start with dry rock and either fish or fishless cycling a new tank, I love the diversity of the ocean and love what live rock adds to my tanks- sometimes the hitchhikers aren't good- maybe bad at times- but for me it's been always on the positive side- nudibanch, brittle stars...

Just watched my pitho 'clean' my graciallis that I added to the Dt and the gorgonian- does travel all over the tank , but spends most of it's time in the sand bed-love it, it does knock some things over- a small price to pay

I was planning on shutting down and selling my 40b- some life changes will have me home a lot more so thinking about getting it back up to speed- maybe just a couple of fish and corals any free or cheap rock rubble will be appreciated and also give you priority to future gifts:)

I moved the toadstool and the jawfisdh hasn't left it's cave or eaten in 2 days- can't figure it out- all my other fish are happy and eating fine
