Tropic Eden reef flake is by far the best and cleanest sand I've come across.
Small enough for Gobies to sift and wrasses to borrow while still large enough to not get kicked up.
Only downfall is that PA is often out of stock and you end up on a withing list.
If you have time then it's worth...

Thank you very much for the offer. I will take you up on it if I haven't found anything by the time I'm up and running.
I still dont even have a yank yet though haha.
Just trying to gather some of the more difficult pieces together while I get ready to start building the stand.
I dont...
Did I say small tank?
Really? Lol
Plan is now 90g. It's slow coming though.
Just trying to get pieces together now.

I always made my own. I think you may have even gotten some.
By far the best I came across. It cost a touch extra up front, but then I had enough that it lasted me almost 2 years. Had a mix of everything you can think of fresh. Only frozen I added to it was Mysis.
It was a full reef feeding...
Yeah Dan reef cleaners is definitely the way to go. Prepare yourself though as they sometimes count by the handful as opposed to one at a time. You will get many more then they say, especially with the Dwarf ceriths.
When my sons tank had dinos long ago it took a blackout, peroxide and no water changes.
The blackout was for 1 week, then I gave the corals a 1/2 day of light then back to black for another week. The blackout will keep the dinos in the water column vs sticking to everything. Peroxide will knock...
Check on Manhattan reefs. I thought I saw someone there selling the 80g.
Also a standard 120g would fit that stand too. 48x24x24

Not sure how long ago they closed, but for those that remember they used to sell these 5 gal water jugs. They were like $6 each if I remember. And if you got water and returned them they gave your money back.
Anyway I had a good collection of them and thought I kept them when I got out a while...
