Does anything eat them. Not pineapple, they are not a problem. I have this other sponge that looks like roots from a tree. It was ok in the sump, but now I have it in my DT. Supposedly exposing them to air kill them, but it's a bit hard taking out big chunks of live rock

I just saw the dotty, chomp a tentacle off my cleaner shrimp- it's got to go- moving day tomorrow. I bought it because it was yellow- now it's mostly brown, and not aggressive or territorial like other dottys'- chased a flasher wrasse out of the tank- free to anyone- I'll deliver locally

I'm the same way, have a love/hate relationship with some of my fish. I have found a way to catch fish as long as your rock isn't glued together

Current promotion- spend $189 and get a cleaner shrimp for $10- free shipping on $129- but it seems like all the fish I'm interested in are always out of stock- there's also a box charge and an extra fee for fish to the 'free shipping'

I wouldn't gamble $300 on a fish that has no track record- I'm a $100 and under guy on proven reef safe fish
